Refund Policy

We are happy to offer a full refund on any orders before shipment or unopened.
Before Shipment: We offer a full refund for orders that have not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact our customer service team promptly.

- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you may return the unopened package to us. Once we receive the returned package and confirm it is unopened and in its original condition, we will process a reimbursement. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What if I opened the package?

For the safety and well-being of our customers, we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened or used. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of our health and wellness products.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.  You can use this tracking number on the Shipping Carrier you selected.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

We can ship to most P.O. boxes via USPS. Expedited couriers (UPS, FedEx) may not deliver to P.O. boxes — if your address is a P.O. box we recommend selecting standard shipping at checkout.
