  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship from the United States using trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for select international destinations)

The carrier is selected automatically based on your location and the best available rate/speed.


Estimated Delivery Times

Within the United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery timelines depend on carrier performance and customer location.

Shipping charges are calculated in real time at checkout based on:

We never add hidden fees or markups.


International Shipping

International delivery times vary by country, customs conditions, and local postal service performance.


Customs, Duties & Import Charges

For orders shipped outside the U.S.:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges are not included in product pricing or shipping fees.

We cannot estimate or control these costs.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • A link to follow your shipment

Tracking availability varies for some international destinations.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

  • Countries where Methylene Blue or related compounds are restricted

  • Select regions where carriers cannot deliver

  • P.O. boxes for certain expedited carriers (varies by courier)

If we cannot complete your shipment due to restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund immediately.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

If your package is:

  • Lost,

  • Marked as delivered but not received, or

  • Delayed,

we will assist in starting a carrier investigation.
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, final delivery handling is their responsibility, but we will help resolve issues wherever possible.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to inaccurate address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery fees may apply.
