Quality & Third-Party Testing

Every bottle of Reviv Health methylene blue is USP pharmaceutical grade and third-party lab tested, with a certificate of analysis confirming its identity and purity. This page explains what that means and why it matters — because with methylene blue, grade is not a marketing detail. It is the difference between something made for human use and something that is not.

Our standard: USP pharmaceutical grade

Methylene blue is sold in several grades, and they are not interchangeable. Industrial dye and laboratory-reagent methylene blue are manufactured to color fabric or stain slides — not to be ingested — and can contain contaminants such as heavy metals. We use only USP pharmaceutical-grade methylene blue, the standard appropriate for human use.

Third-party lab tested, with a certificate of analysis

We do not ask you to take our word for it. Our methylene blue is tested by an independent laboratory, and each batch carries a certificate of analysis (COA) confirming identity and purity. A COA is the document that tells you what is actually in the bottle — the single most important thing to check before ingesting any methylene blue product.

What quality testing looks for

  • Identity — confirming the compound is what the label says.
  • Purity — confirming it meets pharmaceutical-grade thresholds.
  • Contaminants — screening for the heavy-metal impurities that plague lower grades.

Packaging built to protect it

Methylene blue degrades in light, so we ship it in a sealed amber glass dropper bottle with a calibrated dropper for accurate measurement. Amber glass shields the solution in transit and in storage, and the dropper lets you measure a precise dose in millilitres rather than guessing.

Why this matters

The wellness conversation around methylene blue has moved faster than the quality standards of some products being sold. A compound that is genuinely interesting at a research level becomes a real risk if what is in the bottle is an unverified, contaminated dye. Insisting on USP grade with a certificate of analysis is how you stay on the right side of that line.
